Ruhama is a voluntary agency, with over twenty years experience working directly to support women affected by prostitution, including victims of trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, and lobbying and awareness raising on the issue of prostitution

Ruhama is now recruiting to fill the following position:

Full time Services Manager (MGR/SCE)

The role of the Services Manager will be to oversee and develop the capacity of Ruhama's direct services to women and ensure the smooth running of these services

Experience/skills:

• - Experience of managing a direct service(s)
• - Experience of working in service provision directly with women
• - Strong facilitation skills
• - A high level of knowledge and understanding of gender based violence
